- One of the most important concepts is ‘detachment’ – the disengagement from conformities and manage the change – need to do something different and try to avoid the rules and conformity.
- Need to suspend judgement so as to allow creativity to emerge.
- See example of the Ad agency – not the ‘creatives’ that sit in a room but rather the whole company that contributes to the creativeness
- What are the controls that makes this work?
- It is currently a high level challenge to get people out of stability and comfort zones
We require a brief / concept to work through that provides the necessary framework, but this must not limit the creativity.
